Return and Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with
your purchase. All products are covered by our No-Hassle Guarantee and will be replaced or
refunded if they arrive damaged. (Please DO NOT immediately discard the product as the
carrier may want to inspect it.)

If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you will receive an
in-store credit as your refund.
Due to the perishable nature of some of our gift selections, please do not return the
item. If the gift you received does not meet your expectations, please report it to us
within two (2) business days of receipt for a replacement or a complete refund.
Claims for credit cannot be honored under the following circumstances:
- incorrect address information given by the sender
- unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being
present at the time of delivery
- decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address
supplied by the sender, a reroute requested by the sender, or product quality problems
caused by improper handling by the recipient.
Customers will be responsible for any additional fees charged by
the carrier for address corrections.
